The PyroGuard Nasal Cannula replaces conventional PVC nasal prongs with ignition-resistant nasal prongs designed to help reduce ignition and flame propagation at the patient interface. By reducing the cannula’s ability to act as a fuel source, it provides an additional layer of protection as part of a comprehensive home oxygen fire safety strategy- without compromising comfort or compatibility with standard oxygen delivery systems.
