BPR Medical

BPR Medical Ltd is the design and manufacturing business behind the Carnét brand.

Originally formed in 1990, BPR Medical has historically focussed on supplying other medical device manufacturers, although over the years it has also built up a loyal customer base within the hospital market. We have a dedicated, directly employed sales force in England & Wales that supports hospitals, ambulances and resellers alike.

Our design capability forms the basis both for our success and for our future growth. Using the latest 3D design software, rapid prototyping techniques and project management, we have reduced our development cycle by more than 40% in the last 18 months. This means more new products, faster! If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) looking to solve a problem or satisfy a marketing opportunity then we can provide the answer rapidly, from concept through manufacture and distribution. We are already the preferred solutions provider for many of the large corporations who looked to us for new or additional capacity.

We manufacture devices at our facility in Mansfield and pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship. The company has fully integrated the requirements of the latest medical device manufacture quality system ISO EN 13485: 2003 along with the recommendations of the standard ISO 15001: Oxygen Compatibility. More importantly, we believe, is the culture we have developed over the years such that every BPR Medical employee understands the importance of their work and the consequences of not getting it right every time.
